Exposing Racism from Oakland Maritime Support Services (OMSS) owner William Aboudi
I recently had a deeply distressing experience with Oakland Maritime Support Services owner, William Aboudi. During my interaction, William Aboudi repeatedly used racial slurs, specifically calling me the n-word (with a hard "R") multiple times in an attempt to cause harm and insults. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and shocking, especially from someone in a position of responsibility. Such racism and disrespect should not be tolerated. I strongly urge others to consider this before doing business with OMSS. This kind of behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual but also on the entire organization.
Oakland Martime Support Services owner, William Aboudi, has a responsibility to ensure that their employees and leadership conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. The use of racial slurs and discriminatory language is not only hurtful but also perpetuates a toxic and hostile work environment. It is essential that companies take a stand against racism and discrimination in all forms.
I attempted to leave a review on Google to warn others about my experience, but my review was deleted. This censorship is deeply concerning and raises questions about the company's commitment to transparency and accountability. It is essential that consumers have access to honest and unbiased reviews to make informed decisions about where they spend their money. Please see the screenshot of this post for the reivew that was deleted.
